    Not too shabby for a family getaway

    The breakfast was a real highlight, every morning was like a feast, I enjoyed ordering my omelette, and I appreciated the staff's courtesy. I was impressed by how they treated my daughter's stuffed monkey, it always had a new position when I returned to the room, that added some fun to our trip.

    It wasn't cheap by any means but still acceptable for what we got.

    Hotel was fully equipped, I greatly enjoyed the stay.

    Dedicated staff in the reception desk and the location was stunning by the lake. Moreover, it was really close to Tunis-hotels in the city centre and areas that were claiemd to be non-smoking and business area and airport...

    Near the shopping and airport

    Many things inside the room dose not relate to the 5* hotel, the shampoo and and other toiletries in the room, it is for a couple, but one slipper, and one bathrobe.we did not get the lake front, while paid for and requested. Opposite their was work going on, so noise from 8 in the morning.

    As a non smoker, in a non smoking room, you can still smell smoke come through from outside of room.

    beautiful, beautiful, beautiful

    The lobby welcomed me with fine decor and a warm vibe. I loved unwinding by the inviting pool after exploring the vibrant local scene. Not to mention, the lovely views of the shimmering lake were amazing!

    The Balcony of the room

    charged for an electricity adaptor!!!!!!! No alcohol for Dinner... unaceptable in a Hotel of said ***** (usually all of them have a license); but then again, the Hotel is more of a *** actually!

    The staff was attentive. The elegant room I stayed in offered amazing views of the lake, which complemented the fantastic dining experience with a variety of tasty dishes. The restaurant could improve its menu consistency as my dining experiences varied in quality.

    Quiet sedate atmosphere. Not too far form Tunis center with easy access. Rooms were clean, food good and nice to be able to have a swim in the morning and evening

    The hotel had a great atmosphere with a beautiful view of the lake. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of fresh options, especially liked the freshly squeezed orange juice. My room was cozy with a lovely decor.

    Overall ... good hotel, maybe the best in the city

    The front desk staff were cold in somehow with some guests, we could see the difference in the way of talking to the others than us.

    Great service. Nice clean room for the most part. The breakfast was very good.

    I think the carpets could use upgrade. Also did not care for a cat that was roaming on the patio during breakfast.
